About me

I’ve had a connection to the other side of the veil for as long as I can remember. As a kid, I’d often be visited by past loved ones — most of whom I’d never met in this lifetime, but could recognize and describe in detail. My family always confirmed what I intuitively knew, even if it didn’t make logical sense.

Though I grew up with a natural sensitivity to Spirit, I didn’t begin actively cultivating a spiritual practice until after college. As I tuned in more intentionally, the abilities that had always been present and often ignored became clearer and more consistent. Now, I’m able to receive intuitive messages and impressions that offer clarity — both for myself and for others. I often sense what’s beneath the surface emotionally or energetically, especially during times of transition or grief. I sometimes know things before they happen, or feel a strong pull toward someone’s experience before they speak it aloud. I also help people connect with past loved ones — not always through formal mediumship, but through my own unique utility of modalities.

I revisited Reiki, which my mother introduced me to as a child — she’s been certified since the '90s — and eventually became a Certified Reiki Master myself in the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage. I’ve been practicing publicly since 2019.

Tarot also found me early. I was given my first oracle deck as a child, and my relationship with the cards has grown ever since. Today, I use tarot as a channel — working intuitively with a variety of decks to access messages, insight, and guidance from Spirit.

In my sessions, I blend Reiki and tarot to offer intuitive, compassionate, and transformative support. When aligned, I often incorporate herbal suggestions and plant-based support, drawn from a lifelong personal study of herbalism and my deep respect for the healing intelligence of the natural world. Whether you're navigating transition, seeking clarity, or just curious about energy work, my goal is to meet you where you are — grounded, open, and without judgment.

I bring a strong scientific and advocacy background to my work as well. I earned my B.S. in Wildlife Biology from the University of Vermont and am currently pursuing my Master of Public Health (also through UVM), with a focus on maternal and infant healthcare and social justice. These studies, along with my lived experience, allow me to approach this work with deep empathy, critical thinking, and a reverence for nature and the body.

I’m also a certified full-spectrum doula, mainly supporting birth clients, and I plan to pursue certification as an end-of-life doula in the near future — a kind of full-circle honoring of my connection to birth, death, and everything in between.

Outside of this work, I’m a mother of two young children and have built a long career in business development, operations, and project management — which keeps me grounded and highly organized (even in the most energetically wild sessions).

I believe in the wisdom that lives in our bodies, in the quiet guidance of Spirit, and in the healing that happens when we feel seen. My work is an invitation to reconnect with what’s already within you: wisdom, light, and the capacity to transform.
